About the Event

The Historic Grosvenor House Museum is a hosting a (free) living history event (circa 1860's) on the Saturday of Jonesville RiverFest. 

Step Back in Time

Relive the past and see history come alive on the side lawn off Liberty Street.

You will experience an authentic Civil War Military Camp, including Dog Tents, Soldiers' Personal Items on Display, Drill, Bugle Call, and Campfire Cooking Demonstrations. Additionally, we will host a restored 1870 Chuck Wagon, a Blacksmith, an Herbalist (with herbs and lotions for sale), a Lewis & Clark Display, and handcrafted 18th Century Signs for Sale.

The "Back Porch String Band" will play live music inside the Museum.

Christmas Ornaments on sale for $10.
